2Food & Beverage Manager Diploma and above in hotel management or a relevant field of study with proven skill COC Certification is a Mandatory5 years’ & above experience from which at least 3 years as a F&B Manager in a reputable Hotel1
3Executive House KeeperDiploma and above in a relevant field of study with proven skill COC Certification is a Mandatory4 years’ & above experience as an executive house keeper in hotel & ability to work in teams1
4Front Office ManagerDiploma and above in a relevant field of study with proven skill COC Certification is a Mandatory4 years’ & above experience as a front office manager or rooms division manager in hotel &
ability to work in teams

5Executive ChefDiploma and above in food preparation or relevant field of study with proven skill COC Certification is a Mandatory 5 years’ experience as an executive chef in a
well-organized Hotel.

6Sous ChefDiploma and above in food preparation or relevant field of study with proven skill COC Certification is a Mandatory 3 years’ experience as a sous chef in a well-organized Hotel.2

8Waiter/ WaitressLevel IV and above in food and beverage service or any
related field of study with high proficiency/fluency in
speaking English. COC Certification is a Mandatory
2 years’ experience as waiter/ waitress in a well reputable Restaurant or Hotel. Excellent
communication skill, with written & oral
communication skill in English.
